Mochudi Resource Centre for the Blind, an organisation that offers residential, rehabilitation and resettlement services to children with visual impairments is in need of qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:

JOB TITLE: Pre-School Teacher

Key Performance

• Perform the teaching and stimulation duties to the visual impaired children between 2 1/2 to 5 years old.
• Organise and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development such as games, crafts, music, storytelling and field trips.
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use both in learning activities in imaginative play.
• Support learners on orientation and mobility.
• Assist in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) programme
• Conversant in Braille reading and writing

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma/Certificate In Early Childhood or related field.
