JOB SUMMARY
Provision of an effective Enterprise Content Management, knowledge and information management service to BotswanaPost, ensuring proper preservation and access to both structured and unstructured records, information, reliable corporate memory pool, for appropriate support to decision-making and service delivery to customers.
The position directly reports to the Chief Operations Officer
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Records Management, Information Management, Knowledge Management or related field.
- Certification in Electronic Records Management (ERM) and/or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
Five or more years of ECM and KIM experience that includes three years of direct supervision or management of an ECM and KIM function, preferably in Government, large tertiary institution or a parastatal.
Project and change management experience gained by successfully managing large ECM and KIM projects and initiatives.
Deep understanding of current ECM and KIM technology and how to use it to meet business needs, including workflow management tools and emerging trends.
