JOB SUMMARY

To ensure that the organization understands and satisfies its customer’s requirements. and provides effective and efficient customer service.

The position directly reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or a relevant field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 6 years’ industry experience with a proven track record in customer service at the management level.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes

• Report writing and presentation skills
• Use of customer service tools and social media monitoring
