JOB SUMMARY

To ensure the development of MIS for Business profit centres to help in Business Planning and Data Modelling Portfolio Management, Compliance and Risk Management, Customer Service and Budget Management. To generate and analyze MIS on Business segments, including portfolio, variance and customer cross-holding and cost summaries through-out the postal network. New initiatives on MIS, managing and implementing all business MIS set to monitor the Key Performance Indicators at every level and ensuring perfect compliance with the company’s requirements of MIS.

The position directly reports to Chief Commercial Officer.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Economics and Statistics/Computer Science or related field preferably with statistical analysis background

EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 5 years banking/ financial services/ Statistical modelling experience at Senior Planning level role including management experience
