JOB SUMMARY

To manage and ensure the operational and fiscal integrity of the Hybrid and Bulk Mail Business and to be the overall lead in the unit’s development towards economic profitability. To review market analysis and determine customer satisfaction indices in order to meet company goals. To develop and evaluate strategic initiatives supported by the ability to support customer trends and influence behaviour. To liaise with the operations team to manage the Hybrid/Bulk Mail Unit activities relating to mail operations in order to achieve set revenue targets.

The position directly reports to Value Centre General Manager – Mail Business.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of Five (5) years business experience in a related retail area (e.g. courier services, retail distribution, etc.)
