The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing branch personnel, branch operations, and ensuring efficient operations on a day-to-day basis to achieve superior customer satisfaction. Improve productivity and streamlining of branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant- Any discipline
• 4-6 years of management experience in relevant industry
• Results driven attitude and proven leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Human resource management skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
• Experience in strategic planning
• Quality management
