LABORATORY ASSISTANT (x1)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post Requirements

• O’ level with Degree in Biochemistry and/or Food Technology etc.
• Proven knowledge and experience in performing food samples and analysis
• Knowledge of equipment (including setup and running)
• At least 2 years’ applicable experience in the FMCG environment
• Sound communication skills and people skills
• Must be prepared to work overtime, weekends and on public holidays
• Knowledge In Microbiological testing and analysis
• Team player

Responsibilities:

• Sample and test products
• Perform routine chemical/ microbiological procedures
• Record test results
• Maintain clean Laboratory and equipment and provide basic support function
