OPERATIONS MANAGER – MICROFINANCE BOTSWANA

The position is to head op the operations structure of a microfinance company that was launched 8 years ago, the ideal candidate must be a mature individual with entrepreneurial flair, capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and be able to lead by example.

• You will have solid microfinance operational management background together with a proven and stable track record, experience is essential and it should have been in the microfinance industry,
• You should have managed various distribution and/or sales channels on a day-to-day basis, in the microfinance industry and be a result orientated person,
• Senior management experience in the marketing industry would be an advantage.
• A strategic operational and analytical background in the microfinance industry and a thorough understanding and experience of credit management, credit control and credit systems should be demonstrated through your career. Above average people management skills and English communications skills are essential.

Qualifications, a degree in marketing, economics or related fields is advantageous.
