HR BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER – VIVO ENERGY BOTSWANA

Job Purpose:

To deliver operational excellence in all the Human Resources disciplines and processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related field.
• At least 5 years related experience (i.e. applied competencies in all the HR disciplines).
• Knowledge and understanding of local labour markets and employment law regimes.
• Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of HRMIS.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, influencing and interpersonal skills.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Ensure the effective and efficient management of the Recruitment and on-boarding functions.
• Ensure compliance to all employment related regulations (i.e. PAYE, Employment Equity, Social Security, Labour Law, etc.).
• Promote a Learning Culture (i.e. Performance & Talent Management, Employee Training and Development) as well as facilitate OD activities. Promote a conducive working environment (i.e. Employee Relations and Wellness).

• Responsible for all Remuneration and Benefits related administration (i.e. payroll, surveys, 3rd parties, record keeping etc.).
• Advice management and staff on compliance related matters (i.e. with the Labour law, organizational policies & procedures, code of conduct etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR related enquiries.
• Responsible for the maintenance and management of Office Services.
• Contracts Management for HR and Services.
