FINANCE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER x 2 (Permanent position)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Responsible for the procurement function
• Manage the end-to-end supplier selection process
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Resolve supplier queries/problems and escalate where necessary
• Manage property to enhance the image of the Company
• Ensure maintenance of vehicles and building assets
• Daily bank reconciliation of cash utilisation
• Procurement of services required, sourcing, onboarding of vendors, engagement of vendors
• Provide input into operating expense budget
• Regulatory submission support
• General ledger reporting and maintenance
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare management reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Business Degree
• 3 or more years of finance administration work experience
