CONCRETE FOREMAN

Requirements

• Must have at least Five years’ experience at Concrete Foreman in CO’>*.truction of Major Civil Engineering Works, comprising In Bulk Earthworks and Concrete Structures
• Must have advanced knowledge and understanding of construction, building regulations and planning.
• Must be fully knowledgeable in the use of various Major Construction Plant and Equipment.
• Must be able to read and interpret Construction and Mechanical drawings
• Must be able to decide sequence, method of work and manage operations
• An understanding and knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality Control plans principles is crucial.
• Must be capable of Earthworks Plant and Concrete Team Selection Management
• Must be able to set out of structures and set up levels with a dumpy level.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
• Candidate must be prepared and willing to travel anywhere within Botswana and could be placed on any of KALCON’s projects if needed

Minimum Qualification:

JC / BGCSE Certificate or equivalent
