General Manager – Ekori Hotel

An upmarket hotel situated in Charles Hill is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Hotel General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the hotel, daily staff management, and guests. He / She should be an ambassador of our brand and hotel. Qualifications and attributes:

• 10 to 15 years working experience as a manager in a 3 to 4 stars establishments
• Candidate must be a holder of Diploma / Degree in Hotel Operations and Management
• Able to provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments
• Able to maximize operations and guest satisfaction
• Should have a strong understanding of profit and loss account
• Good knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations
• Have a marketing experience and holder of a marketing certificate
• Full Knowledge of Front Office Operations and Procedures
• Computer knowledge and have worked with most known hotel software such as Fidelio, Roomster or Proligic First.
• Must lead in all aspects of business, work closely with the hotel owners and other stakeholders.
• Have full knowledge of African tourism.
• Must be willing to relocate to Charles Hill.
