Brandz Unlimited is a Franchise Chain Store dealing in Sportswear Equipment of all popular brands, School Uniforms and Fragrances.

Brandz Unlimited is looking for results oriented, self-driven, team-playing, suitably qualified individuals to work as Managers.

The objective of this position is to make a unique experience to all stakeholders and take the business to next level.

Position tenable in Gaborone, Molepolole, Palapye, Serowe, Selebi – Phikwe, Bobonong, Francistown – The position is transferable to any of our stores across the country.

Key responsibilities of the job are:-

• To oversee the day to day operations of the store
• Train the staff to present the store and serve the customers
• Mastering product knowledge
• Provide solutions to customers
• Implement and make the staff to follow company processes and procedures
• Assist management in making orders for merchandise
• Stock and assets control
• In a nutshell overall responsibility of the store

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess minimum O Level
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must be computer literate
• Skills to interact and convince customers to improve sales
• Able to achieve sales and profit targets
• Leadership skills
• Communication skills in Setswana and English
• Driver’s license will be an added advantage
