NETWORK ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF WORK

Position: NETWORK ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Able to troubleshoot and resolve network related infrastructure issues (ie. switches, routers, firewalls, UPS: and other network security devices) at customer’s implementation sites in order to meet the required Service Level of customer.
• Accurately document instance pf.fretwork related work (ie. including software patches or hardware failure, repair, resolution, installation, and other system and network related work).
• Manage and ensure optimal operations of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hub, UPS, firewall and so on.
• Able to contribute to provide network architecture design for technical proposal and subsequently work with the team to implement.
• To provide consolidate reports on a regular basis on the overall network operational status and network implementation services of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with Networking, or/and Security-related or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as network administrator.
• Proven experience and success with enterprise-level LAN, WAN and WLAN engineering, design and implementation.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
