Business Administrative Officer X1 – Opti Feeds Botswana

A successful Business Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all customers, suppliers, employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of administrative tasks and actively contribute to an effective work team environment by sharing the workload within the team
• Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Ensure that services delivered are of superior quality, addressing issues promptly and effectively
• Providing professional administrative support to the admin team, answering phones, liaising with suppliers, respond to emails
• Ensuring offices are kept clean and presentable and update office policies
• Adhere to all procedures for processing business documentation, electronic filing and records archiving practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification and experience

• A Degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification
• 1 year in business administration
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proven understanding of administrative systems and processes
• Driver’s License
