Sunshine Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is a commercial property holding company, which lets/rents out offices/warehouse offices. We’re in need of a trainee lawyer.
Key Performances/Willingness to learn Corporate Law:
- Handling lease agreements, helping with drafts agreements, enquiries, applications etc.
- Drafting letters
- General administrative and legal support
- Performing legal research tasks
- Dealing with property issues with city council
- Processing court documents (i.e. eviction order & payments) for tenants who have outstanding rent balance for two months and above, warning letters for outstanding balances
- Keep up to date with law and practice skills
- Analytic ability
- Attention to detail
- Logical reasoning
- Persuasiveness
- Sound Judgement
