This Is a senior position in a reputed franchise motor dealership at Gaborone and requires someone with appropriate, maturity and proven ability.

SERVICE MANAGER

• Motor Trade Certificates.
• Between 15-18 years of experience in a reputed motor dealership.
• To build strong relationship with dealer, service providers, parts suppliers and insurance companies.
• To ensure that timely follow-ups have been made with customers for renewal and/or return of vehicles upon expiry of contracts.
• To analyse level of customer satisfaction and take suitable measures to attain maximum satisfaction level.
• To develop and implement annual business plan for the department.
• To plan and check workshop equipment, furnishing and fixtures, operating resources and tools.
• To ensure the utilization of workshop resources and assets for excellent rates of productivity and efficiency.
• To coordinate automative repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment and prevent operational dalays in other departments.
• Must be a qualified motor mechanic who possesses motor vehicle management certificates from the motor dealership.

For above position, remunerations will be commensurate with the qualification and experience in the industry.
