National Technical Manager of Corporate Tyre Company

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTs

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Management Courses
• Minimum 15 years Tyre experience
• Minimum 5 years of Technical experience
• Experience of running Branch and related issues
• MS Office (Excel at an advanced level)
• SAP Systems knowledge

• Various Technical Qualifications from recognized New Tyre company covering Truck, Earthmover, Light Truck, Passenger, Agricultural and Textile Tyres will be essential
• Experience in Retreading and running of Retreading Factory, Setting up Tyre Management Sites, including all aspects of sales, technical, health & Safety, Tyre Management Systems and Software
• Knowledge of Tyre Site Management Software and 5 years site experience
• Health and Safety Experience in all Aspects of mentioned Tyre Types
• Management training qualification will be an advantage for in service training of staff
• Competition Act training and full understanding thereof
• Experience of Handling large Corporate customers on National level
• Minimum of 4 traceable references

• First Aid
• Valid Driver’s license (Code 08) and ability to travel as required
• Police Clearance
• Achieve Health and Safety standards as set out by the Company
• Training and development of staff – Technical SALES AND Development training of staff
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
• Oversee all Tyre Management Sites
• Technical Advisor for Region
• Customer Relationships and Marketing of products
• Achieve Health and Safety standards as set out by company and government legislation
• Preparation of marketing materials and strategies
