EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT FUND

Motor Vehicle Accident Fund invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the
following position:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – TENABLE IN GABORONE (H/O)

Main Purpose of the Job:

Coordinates the office of the Chief Executive Officer and provide secretarial and personal assistant
functions including, attending to the telephone, routine correspondence, composing and typing
letters, filing and records maintenance. Manages the Chief Executive Officer’s diary and takes
messages as required. Arranges and coordinates meetings and arranges travel and accommodation
for Executive Management. Performs administration functions to ensure efficiency and the
smooth running of the Chief Executive office. Assists in preparation of Board meetings and in
communications with the Board.

Position Requirements
Diploma in Secretarial Studies (Preferably at a Higher National Diploma level).

Relevant Experience
• At least 5-6 years’ relevant experience with proven executive secretarial experience in a
corporate environment.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in wide range of office automation, communication
equipment, programmes and procedures.
