LEGAL OFFICER – MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT FUND

Motor Vehicle Accident Fund invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the
following position:

LEGAL OFFICER – TENABLE IN GABORONE (H/O)

Main Purpose of the Job:
Assists the Senior Manager Board Secretary/Legal Services with effective delivery of legal
services to the MVA Fund and Board secretariat to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
through undertaking legal research, providing legal advice and carrying out general legal
administration functions.

Position Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Admitted to practice in Botswana by the High Court of Botswana.
Membership of the Law Society of Botswana or a recognized and equivalent regulatory body.

Relevant Experience

At least 3-4 years’ experience with emphasis in corporate law.
Some demonstrable experience in board secretarial or legal functions would be an added
advantage.
