Mechanical Engineer

A Leading Citizen owned “Category E” Mechanical Contracting, Kitchen and Laundry Equipment solution providing Company operating in the Republic of Botswana for the past 35 years is looking for a Mechanical Engineer.

The Company is looking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated individual with a good track record to join their dynamic and progressive team.

REQUIREMENTS: 
1. Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in Construction Industry in Mechanical Installations preferably HVAC Industry (Building Services).
3. Experienced in Estimation, Tendering, and Engineering submissions.
4. Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills – Should be able to co-ordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
5. ERB Registered and should possess Practicing certificate as well.
6. Should be able to act as a Site Manager and enforce Quality Control and SHE Standards at project sites.
7. Sound conflict & people management skills.
8. Good knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
9. Sound interpersonal, customer care and computer skills.
