SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER

Applicant should have the following:

• A minimum of Degree in Electrical Engineering
• A Certificate in Project Management an added advantage.
• Site Supervision & Contract Administration experience.
• Project costs and cash flow controls – Final Account Agreement
• Coordinates / direct Projects materials transportation and logistics.
• Proactively promote SHE considerations throughout the projects.
• Ensure that subcontractors comply to all SHE standards.
• Enforce quality control to final Project handover
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and Clients.
• ERB Registration and Practicing Certificate

A least 10 -15 years experience in Construction industry – Electrical Installation and Reticulation.

Preference will be given to Citizens.
