- Bachelor of Science – Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Membership of a recognised professional body
- Extensive knowledge on pricing, measuring and valuing of construction Worl and a minimum of four (4) years experience is a must have.
- Knowledge on production rates
- Good understanding of FIDIC suite of contracts and Contractual Management
- Experience in usage of Quantity Surveying computer applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, numerical and budgeting skills
