Reporting directly to the Discipline Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for facilitating learning to IDM students as well as ensuring that the material offered to students is of the required standard.

Participate in the development of course material
Coaches and mentors students
Ensures that the IDM standards are maintained during lectures
Facilitates a conductive environment to allow students to give feedback
Maintenance and management of students information
Requirements
Qualification: At least a Masters Degree in Human Ecology
Experience: A minimum of seven years experience. Significant teaching experience in tertiary education. Registration with BQA as a trainer is required.
