IT SUPPORT OFFICER

The IT Support Officer maintains the computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support Officer monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

IT Support duties and responsibilities of the job

• IT/Computing or any other relevant qualifications from any reputable institution

• Problem-solving skills
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines
• An ability to prioritize and delegate
• A keen eye for detail
• Good knowledge of internet security & data privacy principles.
