Responsibilities

• To prepare, control, monitor and achieve budgets.
• To develop and grow new business.
• To develop marketing communication channels.
• To plan, implement and marketing activities in line with companywide strategies.
• Business development and identification of key opportunities.
• Compile and produce monthly management reports.
• To provide weekly reports on broker visits and reporting on any challenges experienced.
• To enhance the company brand region wide

Requirements

• A recognised University Degree (Business Administration, Risk and Insurance, Economics, Management, Marketing).

• Certificate of Proficiency (short-term) will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity and experience in an insurance field.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
