Position Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Professional Qualification CPA/ACA/ACCA
• Full membership of an internationally recognized institute of Professional Accountants

Required skills and competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word. Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience which demonstrates mastery of computerized accounting systems. especially QuickBookt Premier and/or Enterprise
• Demonstrated knowledge of cash flow management
• Strong management nnd interpersonal skills
• Excellent written & spoken English and ability to communicate financial and accounting information
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced complex environment where priorities may change frequently
• Driver’s license

Desired skills and competencies

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with working in the NGO sector will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Host Analytics nnd or other budgeting software
