Introduction

We are looking for organized, efficient with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy individuals with a passion and proven experience in the financial field. The applicant will be based in Maun.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Revenue Administrator effectively coordinates and produces client invoices, necessary supporting documentation and ensures collection of payments on all client accounts.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
•Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
•Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
•Entering daily flying revenue in Schedwin.
•Extracting output and reconciling to source input and checking against the daily schedules.
•Ensuring that rates used in the system are correct set rates.
•Ensuring that Finance receive the revenue output from Schedwin on a daily basis if possible.
•Working with Operations and Finance in ensuring customers are billed accurately.
•Assisting Finance and Operations in following up on queries with agents.
•Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be as-signed from time-to-time by management.
•Checking and Capturing of CAAB invoices in excel and in Great Plains.
•Performing cash sales spreadsheets and reconciliations.
•Tracking and collection of staff flying cash receipts.
•Custodian of the cash sales.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
•Information Technology or an Accounting qualification.
•At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting department.
•Competency in the MS Office suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
•Knowledge of performing reconciliations.
