• Screens calls vs. Responsibility. Matrix & HSSE.
• Log approved calls in the system
• Assigns job to contractors, if covered by contract/ within authority limit
• Escalate to and coordinate with Maintenance Engineer for work requiring Permit To Work /beyond authority limit of Customer Service Customer /job out of contract scope
• Follow up contractors to confirm/ensure the following:

1. Maintenance crews are timeously dispatched to sites
2. Execution of repairs, commissioning and Hand over to the sites is completed, approved and documented

• Closes completed Jobs
• Track asset/equipment movement between sites and update the asset register, in coordination with Maintenance Engineer
• Maintain Opex data and monitor compliance with the plan, i.e. keep record of costs of repairs carried out on sites
• Produces KPIs report regularly

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
