OFFICER RESEARCH AND DATA – SADC-DFRC

Main Purpose of the Job

To undertake research Bnd analytical work on the dev analysis and delivery of DFRC s research and data using the most appropriate quantitative and qualitative fa The Officer will primarily be responsible for the develop maintenance of the knowledge repository/database on DFI development finance.

Reporting Lines

Report to the Manager for Capacity Building

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain a database of DFI information Network Members, which includes a detailed survey report
• Provide information to DFIs and other stakeholders as required;
• Provide support to the DFRC’s Work Programme and require close liaison with other Programmes Officers.
• Generate queries from the system and run month end ref
• Generate reports for presentation to management
• Maintain document management system for the Program managing filing and electronic copies.
• Keep custody of reports and presentations made at DF Network meetings.
• Responsibility for management of DFRC ICT.
• Responsibility for maintaining and updating of DFRC web:

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelors Degree In Information Technology or equivalent at least 3 years extensive practical experience on IT and R services, with particular emphasis on development and maintaining of the database.
