DEBTOR’S CONTROLLER

Established and well-respected organisation in the tourism industry is looking for a DEBTOR’S CONTROLLER to join their growing team.

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, preferably having worked in the hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge of foreign currency transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAGE Evolution would be highly beneficial.
• Good interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.

Job Description:

• Debt collecting from both Botswana and international clients.
• Assisting with invoice preparation and distribution to clients.
• Capturing and correctly allocating client receipts from bank statements.
• Management of debtor’s book and advanced deposit listing on a monthly basis.
• Establishing and managing relationships with major clients.
