SENIOR MECHANICAL DRAUGHTSMAN

A Francistown based Engineering Company requires the services of a skilled and dynamic Mechanical Draughtsman The applicant should have the following qualification and experience

• A formal qualification n Mechanical Design (Draughtsman from an approved college
• Al least 6 years post graduate experience
• Must have a thorough understanding and use of ALL of the following computer software

AUTO DESK PRODUCTS

• Inventor fusion
• Inventor Finite Element Analysis. AutoCAD
• Mechanical, Product Design Suite, Microsoft Office including PowerPoint presentations

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the design of vehicle Electrical systems Experience in the design ol advanced Hydraulic systems
• Experience with welding and welding procedures
• Thorough understanding of machining, tolerances, and machine surface finishes
• Experience in estimating, extracting Bills of Materials from drawings
• Estimating costs based on Bills of materials
• Experience in drawing, office management and quality systems
• Must be well versed in the compilation of technical documents such as Operational Manuals. Risk Assessments, and Spare Parts Manuals
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel outside Botswana
• Must have a valid Class B driver’s licence
