CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – MOTOVAC

Motovac (Pty) Ltd. the leading importer and retailer of Auto Spare Parts in Botswana with branches nationwide, is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to head its Finance and Accounts Division.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant from a professional institute. He /she should have a minimum of 25 years of professional experience of which at least 15years should be in a very senior position with a large multinational diversified group. The applicant is expected to have strong commercial and administrative skills. Proficiency in English and ERP enabled environment is a requirement. This is a Profit Centre Head position, which will report to the Company Directors and be fully responsible for running the Finance, Accounts and Administrative Division efficiently.

In addition to managing the entire Finance, Accounts and Administrative Division, the CFO will also be expected to draw up annual budgets (both capex and operational), and deal in treasury and liaise with auditors for group audit finalization. Global supplier base expansion will be a key role of this position.
