We are looking for One (1) candidate to fill in the position of Branch Teller. This position will be based at our Francistown Branch in Botswana.
Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):
- To provide world class customer service
- To process money order transactions in an accurate manner
- To process foreign exchange transactions in an accurate manner
- To ensure all transactions are carried out in accordance to regulations to mitigate risk
- To ensure own money float is stored safely
- To uphold the company brand
- To manage own professional and self-development

- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Relevant degree (Desirable)
- 1 – 2 years experience in customer service (Essential)
- 1 – 2 years working experience within the financial services industry or cash handling
environment
- ID/ Valid work permit (Essential)
- Knowledge of foreign exchange principles
- Knowledge of remittance processes and systems
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of KYC
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory statutory requirements
