Kalcon (Pty) Ltd Invites suitably qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens for post of:

SENIOR PLANT MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Must have Technical knowledge in diagnosing defects. Maintenance and Repair of Earth Moving Equipment (Preferably CATERPILLAR and or KOMATSU) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in Management or Supervisory position.
2. Must have experience in the management of a Site Workshop in a Mining Contracting.
3. An understanding and knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality Control plan principles is crucial
4. Must have excellent Leadership, communication, negotiation and numerical skills.
5. Must have excellent computer skills (MS Excel. MS. MS Word. Internet and Internet)
6. Knowledgeable with regards to production rates essential

Minimum Qualification:

Earthmoving Equipment Trade Test Qualification or Equivalent
