OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR wanted at Total Eclipse

Total Eclipse, a professional Investment Advisory and Wealth Management firm regulated by the Non- Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority, seeks the services of an Office Administrator to coordinate the daily office operations of the company.
Reporting to the Senior Officer, the duties of the Office Administrator include, but are not limited, to;
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating all company meetings with VIP clients
• Researching and selecting marketing items for upcoming client meetings
• Managing daily meetings for the office management
• Prioritizing and completing assigned projects by required deadlines
• Data organization and upkeep
• Must have a clean record, and be of sober habits
• Must have higher education qualification in Business Management or Office Administration
from a recognized institution
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
