De Beers Global Sightholder Sales (DBGSS) has an available vacancy for Facilities Administrator position:

The Facilities Administrator win plan and schedule the provision of soft services for DBGSS facilities and ensure that they are available

The role is expected to maintain high levels of facilities service delivery to the business SLA and Contract Management both in-house and for outsourced services, prepare budgets and forecasts in line with operational plans while adhering to legislation and best practices together with internal standards, policies and procedures and regularly measure performance

Qualifications/Experience for all positions

• Diploma or degree in relevant discipline
• Proven track record of extensive practical experience in a similar role and level
• Valid Driver’s License
