Reporting to Operations Manager, incumbent shall:
recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
managing budgets.
maintaining statistical and financial records.
dealing with customer queries and complaints.
overseeing pricing and stock control.
maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
