The ideal candidate must:
- have the relevant qualifications;
- be able to operate a switchboard and note messages;
- have excellent interpersonal skills;
- be able to communicate well in English and Setswana;
- be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook and Word;
- be able to maintain an inventory of incoming hand delivery coi
- be presentable at all times;
At least three years’ work experience in a similar environment will be an added advantage
