Kalcon (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens for post of:

WORKSHOP PLANT FOREMAN

Requirements:

• Must have in-depth technical knowledge and ability to manage heavy plant workshop. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in heavy duty earth moving equipment of which atleast 3 years of this period must have been at supervisory level – (preferably Caterpillar) with a reputable construction company is crucial.
• Must have ability to effectively manage manpower, procurement and stock on Site.
• Must be capable of implementation of Construction and Production Procedures.
• Experience in Mine Contracting will be an added advantage.
• Must have good understanding of Mine safety and principles.
• Must have excellent Leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Must have excellent computer skills

Candidate must be prepared and willing to travel anywhere within Botswana and could be placed on any of KALCON’s projects if needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Trade Test qualification in Heavy Plant Mechanic / Equivalent.
