Kalcon (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens for the post of:

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• The applicant must have ten (10) years prior experience as office administrator or handling administrative responsibilities at managerial level and within in a reputable Construction and Civil Engineering Environment.
• In-depth Knowledge and experience in budgeting. Planning and record management.
• Must have excellent numerical and computer skills.
• Must have the ability to manage Site payroll
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Must have the ability to manage organisational talent and conduct staff recruitment for the Site.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification

• Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting / Equivalent.

The candidate must be willing to travel (within Botswana) and could be placed on any of KALCONs projects if need arise.
