The Company has the following vacancy

1. Loss Prevention Manager x1, tenable in Gaborone Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for:

• Create theft prevention plans and policies
• Monitors branch security concerns
• Review inventory and stock and investigate suspected pilferage by employees
• Good tagging/ Coding
• Inventory Distribution
• Apprehend and prosecute shoplifters
• Develop and implement security plans

Qualifications

• Diploma in Criminology, Security Studies or equivalent qualification acceptable to Mont Trade ( Pty) Ltd;
• At least three (3) years’ experience as a Loss Control Officer/ equivalent in a retail environment;
