GENERAL MANAGER wanted at Batawana Beef Botswana

Batawana Beef Botswana needs to fill the following positions.

GENERAL MANAGER:

Requires a capable, stable and energetic General Manager with proven ability to work as part of a team.

Duties include overall management of the business, human resources, departmental policies, coordinating departments, day to day planning, product development, ensuring necessary systems are in place, designing and implementation of business strategies, as well as directing the company budget and financial activities.

Develop and direct sales.

Minimum requirements:

Extensive knowledge of meat cuts and products. At least 15 years in the meat industry and over eight years in a senior management position.

Financial experience in the day to day running and control of a multi-million Dollar Company. Applicant should also have good computer skills and a driver’s license is also required.
