MEAT CUT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST:

To maintain the effective and efficient running of the production line, ensuring quality standards are met and providing assistance and training to other members of the team. Knowledge of the special cuts and trim for export markets.

Minimum requirements: previous experience in the meat industry including experience working in a Boning Rom, a minimum of 10 years experience in a supervisory role, basic computer skills, knowledge of %S, lean manufacturing principles, multitask and prioritization skills. Aptitude for maintaining Boning Room machinery.
