DRIVER/MESSENGER wanted at Forest Conservation Botswana (FCB)

Forest Conservation Botswana (FCB) is a company registered under the Companies Act. The company was established in 2008 to administer the Tropical Forest Conservation Act (TFCF) following the signing of the Tropical Forest Conservation Act Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Botswana and the United States of America in October 2006. FCB supports activities designed to conserve, maintain, protect and restore the forests of Botswana in accordance with the terms of the Tropical Forest Conservation Act Agreement Forest Act, the National Forest Policy and the Tropical Forest Conservation Fund Order, by way of giving/disbursing grants.

Forest Conservation Botswana is looking for suitably qualified, highly motivated, duty conscious and solution driven people
for the following position:-

DRIVER/MESSENGER

Main purpose of the Job:

Responsible for driving of company light vehicles, transporting staff & officials, delivering and collecting goods, documents, mail, official errands, maintenance & upkeep of company vehicles etc. in accordance with the company’s policies and
procedures.

Position Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Minimum – BGCSE (Form V)
• Professional/Technical qualifications: Valid Class B Licence
• Experience: 2 years post qualifications experience
• Technical Competencies: Self-supervisory, motivated and focused
• Duration of Contract up to 31st March 2020
