Key Responsibilities

• To analyse all data and financial transactions to ensure all are accurate, correct and timeous to the relevant stakeholders.
• To update the General Ledgers and other Accounts Schedules.
• To reconcile various accounts/claims back to relevant systems and documentation to ensure effective audit and legislative requirements are met.
• To process all data and financial transactions to ensure all are accurate, correct and timeous to the relevant stakeholders.
• To investigate and resolve unidentified items, reconciling items, errors, queries and monthly processes to ensure the quality of financial reporting and processing.
• To ensure daily, weekly or monthly reconciliations are prepared accurately and timeously for review.
• To adequately liaise with relevant stakeholders to relay information to business and to request information needed in order to process the relevant transactions.
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head. Finance.

Job Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalent in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines.

Job Experience

• One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a finance role within Financial Services.
