PA (Personal Assistant) to the Director

A well-established Manufacturing, Branding and Protective Clothing Company is looking to hire a PA to the Director in their Distribution Centre Branch in Gaborone – Block 3 Industrial.

Job Outline: To do day to day administrative duties for the business which include but are not limited to quotation preparations, invoicing, compile tender documents. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation Preparations
Invoicing
Compiling Tender Documents
Liaising with clients to ensure they get value for their money
Client relationship management i.e following up with clients to check continued satisfaction Coordinating of procurement of branding and promotional products
Reconciliation of cash to receipts
Answering calls
Scheduling of meetings, correspondence and note taking
Making bookings i.e Hotel, Flights for different individuals in the business

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

Certificate or Diploma in Administration or related business course
3 years relevant experience
Driver’s Licence
Good Communications Skills – Written and Verbal Communication Skills High Level of Professionalism
Organisational and Time Management
Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Fluent in English and Setswana (Spoken and Written)
