MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•     A minimum of a bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field with strong applications background

•     Relevant technology, architecture, or content platform work experience will be beneficial

•    4-6 years’ demonstrable experience in a similar field

•     PRINCE2* or PMP*

•     Experience in a consulting environment will be an added advantage

Innolead Consulting is a Project Management & Business Management Consultancy firm in Botswana. We are looking for an experienced Digital Officer to drive the implementation of our digital strategy.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role is transformational, and the individual will be responsible for the adoption of digital technologies and the customer experience across the entire business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing the ICT strategy and infrastructure to support the digital strategy
• Developing and maintaining the digital strategy DO is responsible for end-to-end strategy, design and implementation of the company’s digital roadmap
• Supporting the marketing and sales for aft Innolcad products
• Connecting digital investments to enterprise KPIs to achieve positive digital transformation
• Drive digital innovation and develop and administer the digital project portfolio
• Responsibility for actual deployment of digital solutions will rest with the line of business managers but centralised monitoring of digital initiatives will be a critical role
