A vacancy exists for a Senior Sales Representative, based in Francistown. The purpose of this position is to manage at an operational level a set of accounts in a defined geographic area in such aspects as product volume growth, area account PSO’s, sales growth, profit growth, relationship management, customer development and contractual status.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to the customers for the supply of products and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational marketing and sales policy and strategy.
- Forecast, monitor and evaluate sales performance on account of teams and self.
- Design and implement Linde Pro account Plans.
- Develop your own resources.
- Determine a strategy for the promotion of products and services to key accounts.
- Establish, maintain and enhance productive working relationship with customers.
- Identify and optimise opportunities for the sale of products and services to customers.
- Develop and improve service systems.
- Fadlitate meetings.
- Manage activities to meet requirements.
- Develop, audit and renew networks of current and prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit tenders for the supply of products and services.
- Lead major sales presentations and promotions.
- Lead and manage sales to construction projects for the region.
The successful incumbent will be in possession of a BGCSE or equivalent certificate with 3-5 years commercial / sales experience. At least a diploma in Sales and Marketing or any appropriate tertiary or Commercial qualification.
