Project Control Manager – Consolidated Contractors Company

Minimum of a Diploma in Bachelor of Commerce, this must be coupled with key technical competencies in operation of AUTOCAD, Primavera and MS Project Software’s.

• Perform Project cost control activities on a project including managing the cost management system, evaluations, tracking and verification of actual expenditures, cost budget analysis, develop project forecasts, manage reporting routines and contribute to project sensitivities analysis and change orders management process
• Establish project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for new change orders
• Analyze schedule effects on contract variation and actual project expenditures against the budget plan and project progress
• Highlight any deviations and recommend alternative solutions to cost control problems
